Grammy winners Arcade Fire criticizing Canadian prime minister Stephen Harper as he campaigns for re-election.

The indie rockers told their Canadian fans on their online blog, “Our current leader has championed some pretty destructive initiatives on everyone’s behalf it’s really important to get out and vote on May 2”.

While not promoting rival, Arcade Fire points fans to a CBC news story, Harper, where the "socialist scheme" siphon money away from rich countries on climate change as a measure rejected the Kyoto agreement.
